Role: Senior Product Manager (Cross-border Payments/Fintech)
You’ll join Taptap Send’s Product Team, owning the entire product lifecycle: strategy, design, and execution. Your mission is to transform customer needs into high-impact features, ensuring seamless collaboration across engineering, compliance, markets, and operations.

What You’ll Do
- Domestic and user-centric:
- Lead a product domain from strategy to execution, prioritizing immigrant communities and emerging markets.
- End-to-end ownership:
- Own features from ideation to delivery, measuring adoption and go-to-market success.
- Multi-functional collaboration:
- Bridge cross-team efforts (engineering, ops, compliance, markets) to deliver results efficiently.
- Agility with iteration:
- Embed customer feedback into development cycles with iterative design and testing processes.
Requirementsilience
Core Competencies

6+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or operations within a tech company (or equivalent industry experience)

Strength in fintech is a clear preference

Deep understanding of immigrant customer needs and empathy for underserved diaspora users

Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret data, surfacing insights to guide decisions

Rockstar project management: Strong track record of owning end-to-end initiatives, managing stakeholders across functions

UX-first approach: Strong design thinking and prototyping skills (Fama/Figma experience a plus)

Technology appreciation: Background/degree in a technical field a bonus

Problem-solver: Adept at managing trade-offs and building scalable solutions under fast-moving conditions
