Product Manager - Global B2B SaaS firm

Salary £60,000 - £65,000 (12-month Fixed Term Contract - with potential to go fully permanent afterwards).

Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in London office

Sponsorship or fully remote working is NOT available.

THE CLIENT

Our client is a global B2B SaaS business at the forefront of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), helping enterprise organisations improve governance, manage risk and meet regulatory requirements.

They’re investing heavily in AI-enabled products and are looking for a Product Manager to join their Ethics & Compliance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to become permanent.

THE ROLE

You’ll own the roadmap for a whistleblowing and case management platform, working closely with engineering teams to define, prioritise and deliver customer-focused features.

This is an end-to-end product role where you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Commercial and Marketing, while exploring how AI can enhance compliance workflows and improve the customer experience.

THE CANDIDATE

We’re looking for a Product Manager with around 3–5 years’ experience managing B2B SaaS products from discovery through to delivery.

You’ll have a proven track record of working closely with engineering teams, confidently discussing APIs, integrations and technical concepts, while communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in GRC, legal tech or compliance software is beneficial but not essential.

Most importantly, you’ll be commercially minded, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited by the opportunity to shape AI-powered product experiences.
