We're looking for a Product Manager - Managed Services to join our Product team and shape the future of owner success across Forge Holiday Group. If you're passionate about building products and services that create commercial value, solve real customer problems and leverage AI to drive innovation, we'd love to hear from you.
π Chester HQ (Hybrid Working)
π· Β£65,000 - Β£70,000 DOE
β° 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
π€ Part of our Product Management - Owner team
π₯ Reporting to Head of Product
What you'll be doing:
- π― Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for owner services and managed offerings
- π‘ Build products and services that help owners maximise performance and profitability
- π Lead products through discovery, development, launch and optimisation
- π€ Shape AI-powered service discovery and recommendation experiences
- π Define commercial models, growth opportunities and success metrics
- π Own key KPIs including recurring revenue, owner retention and lifetime value
- π§ͺ Use experimentation, analytics and owner feedback to drive decision-making
- π Improve service delivery across Forge platforms, integrations and ecosystems
- π€ Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Commercial and Customer Success teams
- π‘ Identify opportunities to create scalable, revenue-generating managed services
- π Monitor service quality, adoption and owner experience performance
- π Deliver innovative solutions that create competitive advantage across the Group

What you'll bring:
- β Extensive Product Management experience across complex products or services
- β Strong product strategy, roadmap planning and outcome measurement expertise
- β Experience building and scaling service-based, marketplace or B2B2C products
- β Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
- β Experience working closely with Engineering, Data and cross-functional teams
- β Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
- β Understanding of APIs, integrations and service-based architectures
- β Experience using AI-powered capabilities, recommendations or intelligent automation
- β A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering measurable outcomes
Standout experience:
- β Travel, hospitality, property technology, ecommerce or fintech experience
- β Holiday parks, short-term rentals or property management platforms
- β AI/ML operationalisation, experimentation frameworks or feature engineering
- β Experience with Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake or BigQuery
- β Building managed services or owner-focused commercial products
