Location: UK-based (one day per month in the office, expensed)
Salary: £80,000-100,000 per annum

The opportunity
We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead the development of a new credit risk product from the ground up. This is a high-impact, zero-to-one role where you’ll shape the strategy, roadmap and delivery of products that help manage customer risk.

What you’ll be doing:
- Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for a new product area
- Translate credit risk problems into valuable, usable product solutions
- Work closely with engineering, testing and product colleagues to take products from concept to delivery
- Develop and evolve behavioural scoring and risk-management capability
- Balance customer, commercial, operational and technical considerations
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Help shape the longer-term evolution of the product as the organisation grows internationally

You’ll be successful if you can demonstrate
- Strong end-to-end product management experience
- Experience building or shaping products from an early stage
- Clear stakeholder-management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Sound commercial judgement and an understanding of go-to-market considerations
- The ability to make decisions and communicate clearly in ambiguous situations
