Product Manager - Up to £60,000

Our client is an award-winning tech company building for long-term growth rather than short-term hype. Their culture runs on collaboration, curiosity and genuine care for people’s wellbeing. We back our people to solve real problems with practical, data-led products.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own the discovery, scoping and delivery of our web and mobile applications. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle on our core B2B SaaS platform, deciding which problems are worth solving and shipping products that clients actually find useful. You’ll report to the Head of Product. The work is equal parts strategic and hands-on: digging into client workflows, shaping the roadmap, and working shoulder to shoulder with engineering and design to get features live. If you’ve taken SaaS products from idea to launch, think in terms of outcomes rather than output, and care about user experience, we’d like to talk.

Responsibilities

  • Product strategy and vision - Help define the strategy and long-term vision for our web and mobile products, keeping it aligned with company goals and where the market is heading.
  • Discovery and scoping - Lead product discovery through user research, competitive analysis and market assessment to surface real pain points and opportunities. Translate findings into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Delivery and product ownership - Own and prioritise the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility and customer need. Work closely with engineering and design from concept through to launch.
  • New products and features - Drive the conception and development of new web and mobile products and features, making sure they meet a real market demand and deliver clear client value.
  • Continuous improvement - Champion steady iteration on existing functionality, module enhancements and UX/UI refinements that keep raising the bar on user experience.
  • Cross-functional collaboration - Partner with engineering, design, QA, customer success, sales and marketing so execution and adoption run smoothly.
  • Stakeholder communication - Act as the link between technical teams and internal and external stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned on goals, scope and requirements.
  • User understanding - Build a deep grasp of how our clients work, their processes, workflows and frustrations, and feed that straight back into the product.
  • Performance monitoring - Track and report on product performance, adoption, engagement and client feedback, then use it to shape what comes next.
  • Agile facilitation - Take part in and facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
