Product Manager 12-Month Maternity Cover Trowbridge, Wiltshire | Hybrid Working
About the Role
Join Meiyume’s Product Commercialisation team and play a key role in bringing innovative beauty products to market. As a Product Manager, you’ll lead new and existing product development projects from customer brief through to launch, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Commercial. You’ll be responsible for keeping projects on track, managing risks and change, and ensuring successful delivery for both customers and the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, building strong relationships and coordinating multiple activities to turn ideas into finished products.
What You’ll Do
- Lead NPD and EPD projects from brief through to market launch.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and critical paths.
- Manage project risks, assumptions, actions, issues and dependencies (RAIDs).
- Coordinate activities across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Packaging and R&D teams.
- Support product costing, business case development and commercial decision-making.
- Manage project change control and stakeholder communication.
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and ways of working.
- Use project management and ERP systems to track and deliver projects successfully.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing product development, commercialisation or project delivery projects.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective stakeholder relationships.
- Experience working within a cross-functional manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience using ERP systems and project management platforms such as Monday.com or similar.
- Experience within beauty, cosmetics, personal care, FMCG or a related manufacturing environment would be advantageous.

What You Need To Know
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
- Based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.
- Full-time on-site presence required during onboarding and training.
- Hybrid working available following successful onboarding.
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
