Product Manager – CRM & Client Technology
📍 London | Hybrid
💼 Permanent | Full-time
I’m working with a leading professional services organisation that is embarking on a significant transformation of its client and business development technology.
They’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of the strategy and evolution of their core CRM and marketing technology landscape, with the opportunity to rethink how technology, data, automation and AI can improve client development and relationship management.
This is a high-impact role with genuine ownership across product strategy, discovery, roadmap and delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders across Business Development, Marketing, Data, Engineering and Architecture.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap across CRM and marketing automation capabilities
- Lead the discovery and delivery of next-generation client technology
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, AI and better use of data
- Translate business challenges and user needs into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes
- Lead continuous discovery, testing and iterative delivery
- Drive adoption and ensure new capabilities deliver tangible value to users
- Partner with Data, Engineering and Architecture teams around integrations, data quality and platform scalability
- Develop business cases and help shape longer-term investment decisions
- Balance strategic transformation with continuous improvement and platform reliability

What we’re looking for:
- You’ll be an established Product Manager with experience owning business-critical digital or enterprise platforms within a complex organisation.
- You should be comfortable defining product strategy, building roadmaps, prioritising competing requirements and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience across CRM, marketing automation, client technology or data-led platforms would be particularly valuable.
- Experience within professional services, legal, financial services or another complex relationship-led environment would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.
- This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of complex products and wants to play a central role in a major technology transformation.
