Summary

  • Develop a deep understanding of the current platform, working closely with the development teams to translate technical capabilities into customer-centric solutions.
  • Create product roadmaps, managing new release timelines and communicating these across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of aligning the product function with the strategic goals of the business.
  • Manage the product life cycle across LoweConex’s growing product portfolio.
  • Drive governance, best practices, and operating models for integration product management across teams.
  • Solve any challenges using creativity, data and customer feedback to recommend solutions to inform any decisions about the product strategy.
  • Stay informed and up to date about emerging technologies and methodologies.
  • Maintain curiosity and inspire others about the value of the product function in the business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the wider group.

Requirements

  • Significant experience of a similar role as Product Manager or Owner in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and cross functional team collaboration.
  • Experience in energy, IoT, smart buildings or related domains.
  • Curious, self motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in identifying opportunities.
  • A team player with strong communication skills and a desire to share knowledge.
