Product Manager – Outdoors Activewear

Fella & Jones are partnered with an established outdoor performance brand in the search for a Product Manager – NPD to join its London team. With a strong heritage in technical apparel and a focus on innovation, the brand is looking for someone who can turn consumer needs and market opportunities into distinctive, commercially successful products.
You will shape the future product pipeline, taking ideas from early concept through to launch. Working closely with Design, Development, Sourcing, Merchandising, Insights and Brand Marketing, you’ll combine consumer insight, commercial judgement and cross-functional leadership to bring new products to life.
Within the role, you will:
- Own and develop the NPD roadmap, aligning innovation with brand strategy and growth priorities.
- Identify consumer needs, market trends and product gaps to inform new opportunities.
- Translate insights into clear product briefs, concepts and compelling consumer propositions.
- Lead projects from ideation through to commercialisation, managing critical paths, milestones and deliverables.
- Oversee prototype reviews, consumer validation and feasibility assessments.
- Build business cases, balancing performance, costs, feasibility and commercial potential.
- Manage risks and priorities across multiple projects, using post-launch learnings to inform future development.

We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in Product Management, New Product Development or Product Strategy within apparel, footwear, outdoor or consumer goods.
- A strong understanding of the full product creation process, from consumer insight through to launch.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects across creative, technical and commercial teams.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear product decisions.
- Excellent project management, communication and influencing skills.
- A keen interest in innovation, technical performance and the outdoor consumer.
