Up to £100,000 + 10% bonus + benefits
Hybrid: 1–2 days per month (Various offices UK wide)

We’re working with an exciting renewable energy company to appoint an AI Product Manager to take ownership of their AI roadmap and governance framework.
This is a key role sitting at the intersection of AI, product, governance and digital transformation, helping shape how AI is adopted across the organisation in a safe, responsible and commercially valuable way.

The role
- Own the AI product roadmap and use-case pipeline
- Establish and maintain AI governance, responsible AI and risk frameworks
- Identify, prioritise and deliver AI opportunities from discovery through to production
- Work with Data, Solution Architecture, Cyber Security and Power Platform teams
- Manage external delivery partners and AI product backlogs
- Evaluate technologies including LLMs, GenAI, RAG, agentic AI and predictive analytics
- Ensure AI solutions are secure, compliant and delivering measurable business value
- Drive adoption and report progress to senior stakeholders

About you
We’re looking for experience across AI Product Management, AI Product Ownership, AI Governance, AI Delivery or AI Transformation, with proven experience taking AI solutions beyond PoC into live environments.
