About Our Team

The Product Team is responsible for bringing new products to market, from concept to launch, and for in-life product management. Depending on size and complexity, a Product Manager may manage a single product or a portfolio and will collaborate with teams across the organisation to successfully bring new products to market and maintain existing products.

About The Role

We are seeking a data driven and analytically minded Product Manager to support the development and growth of our UKI capabilities by developing and maintaining insurance specific products. Working closely with teams across the business such as Marketing, Finance and Engineering, you will help identify customer needs, shape data-driven products and deliver solutions that create measurable value. This role offers the opportunity to influence product strategy, and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Interact frequently with customers and stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements for data driven capabilities
  • Identify customer and business needs and prioritise work based on value, impact, and strategic alignment
  • Evaluate new content against identified customer needs
  • Utilise fail-fast methodologies enabling rapid experimentation followed by informed decision-making
  • Maintain product backlogs to support effective delivery of data products
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, regular communication on priorities, progress, and delivery outcomes
  • Work closely with Product Leads, contributing to product strategy and roadmap discussions
  • Support go to market (GTM) activities, including timelines, value messaging, and enablement needs with GTM partners

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in product management or product ownership, with responsibility for backlog prioritisation and delivery of customer facing capabilities
  • Proven ability gathering comprehensive requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and translating them into actionable development
  • Ideally proven experience working with data
  • Strong ability to balance immediate priorities and future strategy
  • Self-starter mindset, comfortable working independently and owning key deliverables
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
