Job Description
Product Manager - eSports
About us
The source code of sport, Sportradar is the leading global sports technology company creating immersive experiences for sports fans and bettors. Positioned at the intersection of the sports, media and betting industries, we cover over a million events annually across all major sports and are trusted partners to many of the world's leading sports organisations.
Within our Odds services division, eSports is one of our fastest-growing verticals. We're looking for a Product Manager, and an eSports specialist, to own how we integrate eSports partners into the Sportradar ecosystem and redistribute that content to bookmakers globally.
The product
You will own the integration of eSports content suppliers into Sportradar's Odds ecosystem, and the redistribution of that content to our bookmaker clients. This sits inside a complex service architecture spanning multiple teams and units, so you'll need to quickly get a working grasp of how the pieces connect, and partner closely with engineering to design and implement integration solutions.
You'll own your products across the full lifecycle: definition through build, market enablement, launch, and scale. You won't control every part of delivery (other units run their own development work on parts of the product), but you're accountable for the end product's success. That means asking things of other units, escalating early, and building real relationships with stakeholders across the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You will
- Own the eSports odds product roadmap end-to-end, from definition through build, launch, and scale.
- Work closely with engineering to design and implement integrations with eSports content suppliers.
- Write clear specs and work iteratively with your team to ship reliable eSports odds functionality.
- Use data and direct client conversations to understand how bookmakers and bettors engage with eSports markets, and translate that into product decisions.

- Communicate and influence stakeholders across engineering, trading, sales, and supplier partners.
- Facilitate product workshops and drive alignment across cross-functional, multi-supplier teams.

- Ability to facilitate and align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Comfortable using both quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions.
- Experience with agile development and delivery methodologies.
- Unafraid to constructively challenge the status quo.
