About Position and details:
Role: Product Manager
Location: London
Mode: Hybrid - 2 days to office
Experience: 8 to 15 years
Job Type: Permanent role
Product Ownership & Strategy:
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritisation.
- Define product goals aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Drive discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
- Translate strategic goals into executable product initiatives.
- Create and maintain quarterly and annual product roadmaps.
Backlog Management:
- Own and manage the product backlog in Jira.
- Create and prioritise Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Ensure backlog readiness for upcoming sprints.
- Balance business value, technical dependencies, operational requirements, and customer impact while prioritising work.

Agile / Scrum Delivery:
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner with Scrum Masters and engineering teams to ensure successful sprint execution.
- Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and release readiness.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across Agile teams.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, leadership teams, customers, and technical teams.
- Facilitate requirement workshops and product demonstrations.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communications, and prioritisation discussions.
- Present roadmap updates, delivery status, and business value metrics.
User Stories & Requirements:
- Define detailed user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Convert business requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Ensure traceability from business requirements through implementation and testing.
- Work closely with UX teams to validate customer journeys and product workflows.
UAT & Release Management:
- Define UAT scenarios and coordinate testing activities with business users.
- Support SIT/UAT planning, execution, and defect triage.
- Ensure release readiness and stakeholder sign-off.
- Coordinate production rollout and post-release monitoring.
AI & Generative AI Use Cases:
- Identify and evaluate AI/GenAI opportunities across business processes.
- Define AI-driven product enhancements and automation initiatives.
- Work with AI architects and engineering teams to translate AI use cases into product features.
- Leverage tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and AI accelerators to improve product delivery and user experience.

B2B Platform Ownership:
- Experience managing enterprise SaaS, marketplace, platform, or digital transformation products.
- Define integrations, workflows, APIs, reporting, and operational requirements.
- Drive adoption, usability improvements, and platform scalability.
- Partner with customers and SMEs to understand business needs and translate them into platform capabilities.
