Product Manager
📍 Central London | Hybrid (3 days min, flexible which)
💰 £60k–£70k + equity + benefits
You'd be Employee #1 in this role.
No handover. No inherited backlog. No "here's how we've always done it." Our client... A fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up in retail-tech / martech, already trusted by major global retail brands and gearing up for Series A next year - has never had a dedicated PM. You'd build the function from scratch.
This isn't a roadmap job. It's a get-it-shipped job. You'll sit inside requirements, sprint delivery, QA and release - close to the detail, close to Engineering, close to the outcome.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You'll own:
- Turning strategy into validated, de-risked delivery plans
- Sprint ceremonies, backlog, blockers — start to finish
- Design sign-off before work hits a sprint
- Release quality — you write the test plans, you catch what slips through
- The documentation that makes the whole thing scale
You are:
- 3+ years in Product, Delivery, Technical PM or Consulting - B2B SaaS preferred, retail-tech/martech a bonus
- Technical enough to read a payload and not blink at a codebase
- A sharp, fast writer — a clean ticket and a clear process doc, same morning
- Self-directed. You see what's next before someone tells you
- A builder, not a maintainer
