We're hiring for a dynamic technology company that empowers teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter, now uniting human teams with AI agents. This organization is at the forefront of integrating AI assistants into enterprise workflows, creating a powerful AI connectivity layer.

The Role

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for a critical AI connectivity protocol, focusing on adoption and growth.
  • Drive the activation and adoption pathway, analyzing usage patterns to convert connections into daily value.
  • Champion core product personas, including CLI power users, agent builders, and developers, acting as their voice within the company.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their use cases, run pilots, and gather insights for product development and field enablement.
  • Develop and deliver field enablement materials, including demos, playbooks, and documentation, to support sales and customer success teams.
  • Partner daily with the engineering lead to jointly own the launch and go-to-market plan for new capabilities.

What You'll Need

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on enterprise SaaS or B2B software products and driving adoption.
  • Hands-on fluency with AI assistants, agents, and CLI tooling, ideally with experience in agent platforms or developer-facing AI tools.
  • Strong customer research and synthesis skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into validated product decisions.
  • Proven track record of driving adoption and growth for platform, API, or developer-facing products.
  • Demonstrated ability in field enablement and storytelling, effectively translating technical engagements into compelling narratives.
  • Experience running customer pilots or proof of concepts and converting them into product evidence and reference stories.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking adoption, funnel, and business impact metrics.
  • Technical fluency to engage credibly with engineers and power users, and the ability to navigate complex technical problem spaces.
