The Role
- Own the strategy and roadmap for a critical AI connectivity protocol, focusing on adoption and growth.
- Drive the activation and adoption pathway, analyzing usage patterns to convert connections into daily value.
- Champion core product personas, including CLI power users, agent builders, and developers, acting as their voice within the company.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their use cases, run pilots, and gather insights for product development and field enablement.
- Develop and deliver field enablement materials, including demos, playbooks, and documentation, to support sales and customer success teams.
- Partner daily with the engineering lead to jointly own the launch and go-to-market plan for new capabilities.

What You'll Need
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on enterprise SaaS or B2B software products and driving adoption.
- Hands-on fluency with AI assistants, agents, and CLI tooling, ideally with experience in agent platforms or developer-facing AI tools.
- Strong customer research and synthesis skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into validated product decisions.
- Proven track record of driving adoption and growth for platform, API, or developer-facing products.
- Demonstrated ability in field enablement and storytelling, effectively translating technical engagements into compelling narratives.
- Experience running customer pilots or proof of concepts and converting them into product evidence and reference stories.
- A data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking adoption, funnel, and business impact metrics.
- Technical fluency to engage credibly with engineers and power users, and the ability to navigate complex technical problem spaces.
