ABOUT US
Speek Health is on a mission to address the teenage mental health epidemic by blending AI and clinical science to rethink how mental healthcare is delivered to families.
We are a group of high impact mission driven clinicians, engineers and seasoned entrepreneurs, who have first hand experience, both professional and personal, of caring for a loved one struggling with their mental health. Together, we're bringing a digital revolution to the family mental health space.
We are building the most effective way to break the cycle of teenage self-harm. Success to us means no family should suffer alone. We're a well-funded, seed stage startup backed by NiHR and UK’s leading impact investors and Family Offices.
We're building a mighty team by empowering our clinicians and product experts with the autonomy, flexibility, and resources to do their best work. We dream big and iterate fast. If that sounds like home, we'd love to hear from you. Come work with our team.
We are looking for a growth-minded generalist Product Manager, with hands-on experience designing and delivering digital health products and a genuine passion for young people’s mental health.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
You must:
- Have 6+ years of proven experience leading the full product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch and iteration
- Have experience working in a regulated environment such as health-tech, fintech, or an adjacent industry
- Have strong experience in crafting intuitive and engaging tech-enabled user experiences, particularly within emotionally sensitive contexts
- Understand how to define and track key metrics to measure product success and validate hypotheses
- Have prior experience of driving user adoption and retention through data-driven strategies and user feedback
- Have the ability to effectively collaborate with design, engineering, clinical teams, and other experts to develop and prioritise requirements
- Be able to rapidly prototype basic solutions (mockups, workflows, simple no-code builds) to drive stakeholder alignment quickly
- Exhibit a strong sense of ownership and flexibility, with the ability to step outside of defined roles and learn new skills to achieve company goals
- Understand the value of feedback, and look to discuss successes, failures, and growth areas openly
- Possess a genuine passion for improving young people's mental health
- Be able to set clear short, medium and long-term goals and roadmaps in close collaboration with the full team - design, clinical, business and engineering - managing multiple live workstreams and translating complexity into a small number of clear decisions, especially when resource is tight

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Familiarity with MHRA Class IIa
- Mobile app store operations experience - iOS/Android submissions
- Past experience in an early-stage digital health startup
WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES
Job Responsibilities
- Roadmap & Portfolio Strategy: Own the Now/Next/Later roadmap and resource allocation across our product portfolio, working directly with the CEO to turn strategic bets into a plan a small team can actually execute.
- Technology: Support the CEO + Tech Lead in making decisions around off-the-shelf vs. in-house tooling, and help keep the product roadmap grounded in what our engineering team can realistically deliver.
- Growth & Lifecycle: Design, launch and optimise acquisition and lifecycle campaigns across our NHS-referred and self-registered (B2C) parent cohorts - building customer journeys through tools similar to Customer.io and Brevo.
- Performance Analysis: Define and track the metrics that matter for engagement, retention and health outcomes, using Metabase and related tooling to self-serve on reporting.
- User Research & Journey Design: Partner with our design and clinical colleagues on user interviews and usability testing across our parent/carer, clinician-referral and community journeys, making sure findings actually change the roadmap.
- Compliance: Support documentation and implementation of data privacy and clinical safety requirements (e.g. GDPR, DTAC, DSPT, CyberEssentials) as part of the product development process.
- Data & Systems Operations: Help keep our data landscape (Metabase, PostHog, Stripe and more) coherent - querying, reporting, and light workflow tooling as needed.
- AI-Driven Product Design: Understanding of integrating AI functionalities that enhance the user experience and optimise cost, creating a seamless interaction between users and our clinical resources.
