Product Manager – Discovery

Contract: £460/day | Inside IR35

On site in Newcastle once a month (2 days)

Lead a multidisciplinary team through Discovery, identifying user needs, exploring problems and potential solutions, and defining a clear product direction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead product Discovery and user-needs identification.
  • Define product vision, strategy and measurable outcomes.
  • Work with users, stakeholders, researchers, designers, and technical teams.
  • Explore and validate potential solutions before development.
  • Own and prioritise the product/feature backlog.
  • Develop the product roadmap based on value, ROI, and user needs.
  • Define KPIs and measures of success.
  • Support progression through Alpha, Beta, and Go-Live.
