About Rhino.fi
Rhino.fi is a B2B stablecoin activation stack that unifies fragmented stablecoin flows across blockchains through a single API. With support for 35+ networks, our tools allow clients to route, bridge, convert, and settle stablecoins at scale, enabling seamless deposits and payments for fintechs, payments companies, appchains, and other platforms.
We are a remote-first company, requiring excellent remote collaboration and communication skills. To enhance our team culture and cohesion, we host quarterly in-person team meetups at exciting global locations, combining work and leisure activities such as skiing, surfing, and more.
About the role
Rhino.fi is hiring a Product Manager to help bring exciting client facing features to life.
You will be joining the company during an exciting phase of growth, as we scale up various teams to keep pace with growing client demand and launch many new features. You’ll be joining an experienced product-engineering function with ambitious plans and a strong focus on innovation and shipping quickly but reliably. This role combines deep technical cryptocurrency expertise with enterprise-grade product development experience.
Your primary responsibility will be driving the discovery, build and GTM for client facing features across our API and Console (client UI) - both developing new features aligned to our enterprise client’s needs and enhancing existing core functionality. This sits across our core offering of the Stablecoin Activation Stack with features such as our market leading Smart Deposit Addresses, enterprise grade bridge including fully automated collateral rebalancing and embedded risk and compliance monitoring, to our expansion into native → stablecoin swaps, and our innovative 1-1 Stablecoin Swaps functionality.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
- Bring the product roadmap to life: Contribute to the broader product strategy whilst leading your team’s execution of it, and balancing technical infrastructure needs with enterprise client requirements - including regulatory and compliance obligations, scaling and reliability needs, and future proofing builds.
- Drive technical excellence: Lead technical discussions around new chain and token integrations, infrastructure requirements for bridging and swapping functionality and ensure reliability is at the heart of all feature builds.
- Make data driven decisions: Use internal and external data to drive decisions around prioritisation, and to track success of your product launches so that we’re constantly learning and iterating for future success.
- Lead the development process: Run effective planning and prioritisation sessions with your team while maintaining high-quality technical documentation and specifications.
- Bridge technical and business domains: Translate complex specifications and technical requirements into clear value propositions for enterprise clients with a key focus on innovation and scalability.
- Champion user research: Conduct thorough research with clients to deeply understand their stablecoin activation needs, compliance and risk requirements, and deposit pain points.
- Manage stakeholder relationships: Work effectively across engineering, sales, and client facing teams with transparent updates and collaboration at the core of how you operate. Operating as a product expert within the company, and sharing this knowledge with the broader teams to continue building a client centric and product minded organisation.
What you bring:
- You bring extensive hands-on experience in cryptocurrency both from your own personal use and professionally. You are able to get into the weeds of various chains and tokens, the current industry trends and the technical details of how blockchains work under the hood.
- You have a proven track record in B2B/enterprise SaaS product management, specifically in the cryptocurrency sector and a deep understanding of enterprise/crypto businesses.
- You can ‘product’ with your eyes closed and have extensive experience running successful product development cycles using agile methodologies. You can demonstrate your ability to shape your product thinking to the organisation and create successful processes, ways of working and approaches rather than just following the book.
- You can demonstrate the ability to write detailed technical specifications and translate complex concepts for various audiences.
- You are a confident AI user across the discovery, build and GTM stages, and have strong experience using AI within the UI design process. You can demonstrate various tools and ways of working that you use every day to make you a 10x product manager.
- You have previous experience in a fast-paced cryptocurrency startup environment and that’s where you thrive.
- You have excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both engineering teams and institutional clients.
