Narwhal Labs is the company behind DeepBlue OS — an autonomous revenue infrastructure platform that enables any business to answer every call, follow up every lead, and log every interaction across Voice, SMS, Email and WhatsApp. As an NVIDIA Inception Program Member and Google Partner, we are a 45-person team. We build the infrastructure layer for serious businesses that want enterprise-grade revenue operations at a fraction of traditional cost.

Salary:
- Mid level: up to 50k DOE
- Senior level: up to 90k DOE
Role Overview
As Product Manager, you'll own the roadmap, requirements and delivery for one or more products, working directly with customers, business stakeholders and engineering to turn ambiguous problems into shipped value. You'll operate as part of an agile, cross-functional team, balancing discovery, prioritisation and delivery in our fast-paced, cutting-edge environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own product roadmap definition and delivery across one or more products
- Maintain product roadmaps and backlogs, conducting validation and discovery
- Evaluate product value to drive prioritisation
Requirements & Delivery
- Gather product requirements by working directly with customers, business stakeholders and other Product Managers to identify business value
- Define requirements for existing and new product features, translating them into Epics, Features and User Stories
- Track metrics for product performance, identifying problems where they occur

Agile Delivery & Collaboration
- Work as part of an agile team to deliver increments of product value, ensuring requirements are met
- Work with the multidisciplinary team to refine and estimate user stories, and create and maintain personas, user acceptance criteria and other artefacts (Sprint Goals, Product Vision)
- Work as part of a trio alongside engineering and delivery to resolve issues and drive successful outcomes
- Communicate with stakeholders and coordinate other Product Managers throughout the product development lifecycle
Product Practice & Leadership
- May lead functional projects or workstreams within projects
- Contribute to wider product excellence activities, helping evolve our product management practices
- May participate in recruitment within the product discipline
- Produce other required collateral, such as release notes, reporting and training documents
- Work with shared functions such as design and user experience

Desirable Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Product Manager
- Experience running a product for a team, with primary responsibility for roadmap definition and delivery over 3–6 months
- Experience and knowledge of agile software development
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Degree or equivalent in a business or IT-related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

- Product roadmaps are clearly defined, prioritised and delivered on schedule
- Stakeholders trust your requirements, roadmap calls and prioritisation decisions
- Agile teams ship well-scoped increments of product value that meet validated user needs
