3t is currently looking to recruit a Product Manager on a permanent contract in Dyce, Aberdeen.
Salary and Benefits Package
- Salary: £50,000.00 - £60,000.00 per annum
- Holiday entitlement: 29 days plus 4 official public holidays (1st, 2nd January and 25th, 26th December)

This role is contracted at 37.5 hours per week. We operate a flexible hour’s scheme, whereby you can start work between the hours of 8.00am and 10.00am and finish work between the hours of 4.00pm and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
The Role
Role Purpose:
This role acts as the bridge between customers, stakeholders and delivery teams, leading the discovery, development and continuous improvement of 3t Digital's products, ensuring they deliver measurable value to customers and support the company's strategic growth objectives. This role is based at 3t’s Dyce Training Centre however, travel to other 3t locations and client offices is also required.
Key Responsibilities
Roadmap Development and Data Strategy
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a detailed product roadmap for 3t Digital’s product suite based on market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.
- Meet regularly with customers and platform stakeholders to gather and analyse feedback to refine the product roadmap.
- Use internal analytics to drive decisions on feature enhancements and roadmap priorities.
- Work with engineering to ensure accurate documentation collection, storage, and retrieval for knowledge-sharing purposes.
- Explore opportunities for AI-driven innovation, efficiencies and insights.
Feature Definition & Prioritisation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise features and enhancements.
- Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases to ensure clear requirements for the development team.
- Maintain a prioritised backlog and make decisions on trade-offs to maximise the impact of each release.
- Explore and adopt new ways of working as 3t Digital’s progression of AI tools advances.

Collaboration & Communication
- Act as the main point of contact and platform subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders using or evaluating the 3tx platform.
- Act as the key intermediary between 3t Digital’s wider internal and external stakeholders and the development teams you work with.
- Act as 3t Digital’s lead representative in sales meetings and other client engagement sessions, demonstrating the capabilities of the 3tx platform and answering ad-hoc questions.
- These sessions are primarily hosted be in-person. Deeply understand customer needs and advocate for their perspective throughout the development process.
- Work closely with engineering, UX, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of high quality features.
Agile Development Process
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retros.
- Track progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders, keeping them informed of product updates and delivery timelines.
Market & Competitive Analysis
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and keep the product competitive.
- Participate in research and analysis to support product positioning, pricing, and feature prioritisation.

Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience in product management, technology, data or SaaS delivery.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with cross functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-focused requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience using Power BI or other analytics tools.
- Passion for building products that solve real customer problems and drive business value.
Desirable Criteria:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience in the broader energy sector and/or in a business focused on training or compliance.
- Working experience of LLM tools, e.g. Copilot, Claude or similar.
- Familiarity with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Retool, or similar.
