Product Manager - B2B SaaS | £60–65k | London (Hybrid)

We're working with one of the fastest-growing SaaS platforms in the HR and workforce tech space, profitable, bootstrapped, and a Sunday Times Best Place to Work in 2025. The product has evolved well beyond its origins into a full-stack workflow platform, with CRM, AI notetaker, dialer, and candidate search all in active development.

They're looking for a hands-on PM to take ownership of two to three core product modules and help drive the platform forward at pace.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage upwards and wait for direction. You'll be close to customers, close to engineering, and expected to make decisions and move fast.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll do:

  • Own two to three product modules end-to-end, from discovery through delivery

  • Drive AI integration across your modules in a practical, value-first way
  • Push back confidently on stakeholders, including customers, sales, and senior leadership, when the product demands it

What you'll need:

  • 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
  • Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and iterating fast

  • Experience owning multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping quality
  • AI curiosity and a value-first approach to what gets built
