My client is the UK's fastest-growing consumer businesses and the clear market leader (No1) in its category. Their mission is simple: improve the health, wellbeing and longevity of animals' lives.
Already operating at significant scale, they're now looking for an additional Product Manager to join their product team and help shape the experiences that keep customers engaged, delighted and coming back.

The Opportunity
You'll own a key part of the customer journey, working closely with Design, Engineering, Data, Growth and Customer Experience teams to improve customer engagement, retention and long-term value.

What You'll Be Doing
- Driving delivery across a range of customer-facing product initiatives
- Working with engineers and designers to bring ideas from concept to launch
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to align priorities and execution
- Using customer insight, feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Running experiments and measuring impact
- Helping shape the product roadmap for retention and engagement initiatives
- Ensuring teams remain focused, aligned and moving at pace
What They're Looking For
- Experience as a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager or Product Owner
- Strong delivery and execution skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Customer-centric and data-informed in your decision making
- Naturally organised and able to manage competing priorities
- High potential, ambitious and eager to continue developing your product craft

Salary: Β£65,000 - Β£70,000 + Amazing bens
