Lyra Health is looking for a highly collaborative Product Manager to help drive the future of our digital mental healthcare offerings.

Primary Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Releases: Ensure that product versioning and public release notes meet technical, translation, and indexing requirements.
  • Quality Assurance & Validation: Conduct Acceptance Testing (AT) before releases to live users to guarantee that deliverables meet "Definition of Done" and user experience standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Update cross-functional communication channels of new product features, fixes, and changes to ensure organizational alignment.
  • Sprint Leadership and Tracking: Lead maintenance-focused sprints, prioritizing technical debt and bug fixes to ensure platform stability and performance. Monitor weekly story point throughput to identify trends in team velocity, providing early warnings and performance feedback to the Product Lead, escalate concerns with capacity and velocity where necessary.
  • Incident Response & Escalation: Monitor and oversee incident management, proactively driving engineering teams to escalate and follow through with stakeholder informing when necessary.
  • Voice of the Customer: Synthesize user and customer feedback and propose where reasonable solutions can be accommodated within maintenance scope.
  • SLA Compliance: Collaborate closely with QA and user support to resolve user queries, ensuring the product meets established SLAs.
  • Reporting: Conduct reporting on maintenance statistics (e.g., uptime, SLAs met), providing commentary and performance insights to the Product Lead (PL).

Technical Expertise Required

In order to successfully perform in this role, the candidate will need a firm grasp of product management best practices and strong working knowledge of:

  • Product development and management systems, with a strong, proven ability to operate using Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Github, the Atlassian suite (Confluence and Jira), Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Working across web and mobile products and platforms.
  • Liaising between data, design, and remote development teams.
  • Participating on all sprints.
  • Updating tickets and acceptance criteria.
  • Testing and reviewing products for bugs, performance, and capacity issues.
  • Relaying priorities and timelines.
  • Maintaining system tags, content, and services.
  • Championing systems that solve user, product, and data problems.
  • Using reports and dashboards to extract data and insight.
  • Drawing on your own experience to identify product opportunities.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in a digital product team.
  • Working within an Agile & Waterfall development framework.
  • Understanding of user-centered design.
  • Proficient at generating high-quality documentation including user stories, use cases, flow diagrams, and wireframes.
  • Highly organized with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn from an experienced product development team.
  • Proficiency working across different platforms, including Web, Android, and iOS.
  • Strong computer literacy.
