We're looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of KashFlow, our award-winning cloud bookkeeping and accounting platform used by small businesses, sole traders, contractors, and accountants across the UK.
This is a high-profile role within our Accountancy division, offering the opportunity to shape the future of a market-leading product while working closely with customers, accountants, engineering teams, and senior stakeholders. You'll be the voice of the customer, the owner of the product vision, and a key driver of growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
What will you be doing?
As Product Manager for KashFlow, you'll own the product roadmap from discovery through to delivery, balancing customer needs, commercial objectives, compliance requirements, and market opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and deliver the product vision and roadmap for KashFlow, aligned to the wider Accountancy division strategy.
- Build compelling business cases for product investment, ensuring clear commercial value and customer impact.
- Prioritise new features and enhancements based on customer feedback, usage data, market demand, and competitive analysis.
- Partner closely with Engineering teams to translate priorities into deliverable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Measure product success through customer adoption, retention, engagement, NPS, and commercial outcomes.
Customer Insight & Market Leadership
- Build strong relationships with small businesses, contractors, accountants, and accounting practices to deeply understand their needs.
- Lead customer discovery activities, including user interviews, research, feedback programmes, and market analysis.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the UK accounting software landscape.
- Champion customer needs throughout the organisation, ensuring every product decision creates meaningful customer value.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
