Product Manager | ERP Integrations

Bracknell (Hybrid, 2 to 3 days in office) | £70,000 to £80,000

Have you owned a product end to end, from discovery and roadmap through to delivery? Do you have ERP or accounting domain experience (Sage, Business Central, Dynamics 365 F&O, Xero)? Are you comfortable working across APIs, data flows, and integrations alongside engineering? Have you built products in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure?

If yes, this could be a good fit:

We are supporting a payments business building a new vertical that embeds payments capability directly into third-party ERP and accounting platforms.

What You Will Do

  • Own the product end to end, from discovery and roadmap through to delivery and measurement
  • Define the in-product workflows that sit inside ERP and accounting platforms, and the orchestration layer behind them
  • Talk to customers and partners, validate problems, and prioritise based on impact
  • Partner with engineering on trade-offs, timelines, and technical decisions
  • Lead delivery across engineering, design, compliance, and partner teams

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
