Job Description
Siena AI is looking for an AI-native Product Manager to own their core agent platform. You will lead the development of systems that drive agent performance, measurement, and customer visibility. This role bridges deep technical work on evaluation frameworks with customer-facing demos and experimentation to define the future of autonomous customer experience.

What You Will Do
- Lead the end-to-end development of the agent platform, defining how multi-agent stacks interact, perform, and scale across customer journeys.
- Build and ship the evaluation, testing, and monitoring systems that ensure agent performance is measurably superior and transparent to customers.
- Run journey-level A/B tests and conduct live customer demos to iterate on the platform’s visibility, trust, and onboarding experience.
The ideal candidate
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager specializing in CX, e-commerce, helpdesk, or AI-driven automation platforms.
- AI-native proficiency with modern development tools like Claude, Cursor, and v0 as a core part of your daily product workflow.
- Strong technical fluency to independently scope complex systems such as webhooks and OAuth flows while comfortably co-selling with sales teams.
