Product Manager AI
We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join us on an initial 6-month fixed term contract. With the opportunities for extensions and a permanent role. We are looking for a commercially minded, technically confident Product Manager to lead product discovery and investment definition for a new enterprise AI capability.
Working alongside the Enterprise AI Solution Architect, Engineering, Data and Cyber Security teams, you will identify and prioritise valuable use cases, define business outcomes and capability requirements, align stakeholders, and own the product strategy, roadmap and business case.
You will need sufficient knowledge of generative AI, data, APIs and integrations to challenge assumptions, understand technical trade-offs and make informed product decisions. The Product Manager will actively contribute to the technical discovery and capability decisions working closely with the Architect
This is a hybrid role, with travel required to our head offices, brand sites and partner locations as needed.

What you will be doing in this Product Manager AI role:
- Identify and prioritise the highest-value supplier, guest and colleague use cases using measurable outcomes, feasibility, risk and strategic alignment.
- Define business outcomes, value measures, capability requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Identify the knowledge, data, APIs, systems, tools and workflows required, including their ownership and criticality; work with Architecture and Data teams to assess constraints, dependencies and quality gaps.
- Define business governance, ownership, decision rights and risk appetite, agreeing privacy, access, permissions, monitoring and control requirements with relevant specialists.
- Lead the product, commercial and operating-model assessment of build, buy and partner options, including MCP, RAG and enterprise integration platforms.
- Define and validate proof-of-concept hypotheses and success criteria for priority use cases.
- Own the product roadmap and business case, and jointly develop the phased implementation roadmap with Architecture and Engineering.

What You Will Have Delivered
- Enterprise AI Enablement product vision, principles and product strategy.
- Prioritised supplier, guest and colleague use-case portfolio.
- Defined business outcomes, value measures, capability requirements and acceptance criteria for priority use cases.
- Business requirements catalogue covering the knowledge, data, APIs, systems, tools and workflows required, including ownership, criticality, dependencies and quality gaps.
- Business governance, ownership, decision-rights and acceptable-use model, with agreed privacy, access, permissions, monitoring and control requirements.
- Product, commercial and operating-model assessment of build, buy and partner options, contributing to a joint recommendation with the Architect.
- Defined proof-of-concept hypotheses and success criteria, supported by validated business outcomes and user evidence.
- Overall product roadmap and jointly developed phased implementation roadmap, combining business priorities and benefits with technical dependencies, costs and resourcing evidence.
- Benefits and measurement model, including AI performance, adoption and commercial outcomes.
- Evidence-based business case supporting investment and prioritisation decisions.

What skills you will bring to the Product Manager AI role:
- Experience managing enterprise platform, data, integration or AI-enabled products is essential.
- Strong product discovery, use-case prioritisation, stakeholder management, commercial evaluation, roadmap development and business-case skills are required.
- Candidates should have a good working understanding of generative AI, LLMs, AI assistants and agent-based systems, sufficient to work effectively with architects and engineers and understand the implications of technical decisions.
- Experience with MCP, RAG or enterprise AI platforms would be highly desirable.
