Salary: £500 - £600
Are you ready to shape the future of conversational interaction for enterprise software? RMG, a dedicated technology recruiting agency, is sourcing an experienced Product Manager to lead the evolution of an AI-powered chatbot product for a growing B2B SaaS business.
Operating entirely remotely within the United Kingdom, this is a full-time contract engagement starting within the next four weeks. In this role, you will take full ownership of the conversational product experience—turning generative AI capabilities and complex user requirements into intuitive, high-value workflows. Collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering and design squads, you will drive conversational AI features from discovery straight through to launch and ongoing optimisation. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end product roadmap for the AI chatbot experience, balancing strategic product direction with day-to-day execution.
- Translate customer and commercial requirements into detailed user stories, PRDs, and prioritized backlogs in an Agile environment.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver, refine, and optimize conversational workflows and LLM-driven interactions.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators, conversion metrics, and user analytics to make data-informed product decisions.
- Manage commercial alignment and product communication with key stakeholders across the business.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record as a Product Manager within B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Hands-on expertise delivering conversational AI, virtual assistants, or AI chatbot products through the complete product lifecycle.
- Solid experience leading Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional feature prioritization.
- Analytical approach with direct experience using product metrics, A/B testing, and customer data to steer product direction.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical AI concepts clearly to non-technical partners.

- Exposure to multi-tenant platform architecture and enterprise integrations.
- Practical understanding of prompt engineering principles and generative AI tuning techniques.
- Prior experience delivering AI products within fast-paced, autonomous environments.
