As part of our global team, you'll work with cutting-edge technologies and help some of the world's leading organisations create exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Learn

  • How to define and scale product strategies that align customer needs with commercial objectives.
  • How to leverage AI, GenAI, conversational AI, and agentic capabilities to transform customer and employee experiences.
  • How to work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver products from discovery through to launch, adoption, and optimisation.
  • How to balance customer value, technical feasibility, delivery risk, and commercial outcomes in complex transformation programmes.
  • How to influence senior business stakeholders while leading high-performing product teams.

Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you will:

  • Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-enabled customer journeys (e.g. chatbots, personalisation, self-service).
  • Translate customer, business, and stakeholder requirements into clear product backlogs and prioritised delivery plans.
  • Lead discovery activities, customer research, and stakeholder workshops to validate product opportunities and use cases.
  • Act as Product Owner for agile delivery teams, managing backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritisation, and release scope.
  • Partner with UX, engineering and data science to ship AI features that measurably improve customer experience.
  • Drive the design and delivery of AI-enabled customer journeys including self-service, customer support, commerce, and personalisation experiences.
  • Define and measure success through adoption, customer satisfaction, conversion, operational efficiency, and business value metrics.
  • Manage competing priorities and make informed trade-off decisions while maintaining roadmap integrity.
  • Lead and coach Product Owners, Business Analysts, and product practitioners.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as a strategic adviser throughout delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
