Would you like to take ownership of digital products that support dairy farmers around the world? We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join DeLaval’s Digital Services team and play an important role in the continued development of DeLaval Plus. You will step into a key product area where you will set priorities, bring different stakeholders together and help shape a digital experience used across DeLaval’s global ecosystem.

About DeLaval

DeLaval is a global leader in dairy farming solutions, supporting farmers around the world with equipment, services and digital solutions that contribute to better animal welfare, increased farm productivity and more sustainable milk production. You will join an international environment and work together with colleagues across product, technology and business, with the opportunity to contribute to digital solutions used by dairy farmers around the world.

About the role

As Product Manager, you will be responsible for shared capabilities within DeLaval Plus, the digital platform that gives farmers, dealers and internal users access to animal management services. Your focus will be on the overall platform experience and on making services easy to find, understand and use. This includes areas such as navigation, the home screen experience, service visibility and other common functionality across the platform.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, development teams, Design, Architecture, Commercial Offering and other stakeholders. An important part of your role will be to understand different perspectives, create clear priorities and make sure everyone has a common direction. You will also have product responsibility for Sync Cloud, a service that enables data exchange between DeLaval and external partners. You do not need to be a technical expert. You will have technical expertise around you, but you should be comfortable working with digital products and collaborating with technical teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience from agriculture, dairy farming, cloud services or integrations is an advantage, but not a requirement. For this role, practical Product Management experience, ownership and the ability to get things moving are more important than a specific educational background.
