Product Manager – B2B SaaS

Fast growing global scale-up

London – 3 days per week in office

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + benefits

An exciting opportunity to work for a fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up, where you will have the ability to shape high-priority, high visibility initiatives from the outset.

You will be supported by a small but well-established product team and have the opportunity to develop your career into a more senior role.

The role:

  • Take day-to-day ownership of your product area - backlog, roadmap, and outcomes.
  • Where processes exist, adopt and improve them; where they don't, establish lightweight, practical ways of working.
  • Define and maintain a clear, defensible roadmap that reflects business priorities, user needs, and technical constraints.
  • Manage integration-related dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations across internal teams and external providers.
  • Communicate progress clearly and proactively to senior stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
