Within Business Banking, the Business Lending Products team sits at the heart of the lending experience, supporting UK businesses to grow and flourish by delivering compelling lending propositions that evolve with customer needs.
As a Product Manager in the Business Lending Products team, you will play a leading role in the management and development of products that put customers first. You will play a key role in driving the product review programme, identifying opportunities to enhance products and processes, and ensuring alignment with customer needs, the external landscape, and the internal operating environment.
Working end-to-end across design, delivery, and performance, you will deliver high-quality analysis and insight, supporting effective product management, reporting, and governance.
In this fast-paced environment, you will collaborate across Group Business Banking and beyond to solve complex product and business challenges, manage and implement change, and develop practical, value-driven solutions.

For this job, you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time, you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at our Glasgow office. If you’re based at our Glasgow office, this will apply from 1 April 2027 and ahead of that, there will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events.
