Product Manager – Banking / Financial Services

London / Hybrid
£750/day Outside IR35

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join a major digital transformation programme within a leading UK financial services organisation. This is a senior, strategic Product role where you'll help define the product vision, strategy and roadmap, working across business, customer and technology teams to shape the direction of a significant transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap
  • Understand customer needs and translate wider business objectives into product direction
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across business and technology
  • Champion a strong customer-first approach
  • Set clear product goals, priorities and desired outcomes
  • Work closely with Product Owners to translate product strategy into delivery
  • Provide direction across complex digital transformation workstreams
  • Help bridge the gap between business objectives and technology delivery

Requirements

  • Strong experience working as a Product Manager within banking or financial services
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale digital transformation
  • Strong experience defining product strategy, vision and roadmaps
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong customer and commercial mindset
  • Ability to operate effectively across business and technology teams
  • Experience of global / global transformation programmes highly desirable
  • Wealth / Wealth Management experience advantageous but not essential
