Are you curious about products, markets, and customers? Do you enjoy understanding both the technical and commercial sides of a business? Then join us as Product Manager for the B-Line series Cable Management portfolio.

In this role, you will work closely with the Product Line Manager, commercial, and engineering teams to support the growth and development of our cable management business across EMEA. You will gain broad exposure to product and portfolio management, market development, commercial strategy, and new product introductions, while working with teams and customers across the region.

A key focus will be the development and management of our cable management support systems, fittings, and accessories, alongside the broader B-Line series cable management portfolio.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the management and development of the B-Line series cable management portfolio, with particular focus on support systems, fittings, and accessories.
  • Analyse portfolio performance and identify opportunities for growth, portfolio expansion, and optimisation.
  • Support product lifecycle activities and maintain accurate product and application information.
  • Develop a strong understanding of product capabilities, specifications, and applications.
  • Support pricing and commercial activities for the portfolio, working with the Product Line Manager and commercial teams to strengthen competitiveness and profitable growth.
  • Manage new product introductions and portfolio extensions, working across functions from market requirements through launch and commercial readiness.
  • Develop an understanding of cable management markets, customers, applications.
  • Monitor market trends, portfolios, and positioning, identifying opportunities and portfolio gaps.
  • Support sales teams and customers with product knowledge, positioning, training, and customer-facing materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Engineering
    • Manufacturing and operations
    • Supply chain
    • Customer service

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, Product Marketing.
  • 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in product management, engineering, technical sales, commercial operations, or a related technical or industrial role.
  • Interest in mechanical and technical products and willingness to develop strong product and application knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness.
  • Good Excel, SAP, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across technical and commercial teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of activities through completion.
  • Fluent English; additional European or regional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel 10-15%.
  • Previous cable management experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
