Overview
The Clear Aligners Product Manager is responsible for driving the growth and development of the clear aligner portfolio through effective product management, project delivery, and partner relationship management. The role leads the implementation of new products, services, and strategic initiatives, ensuring successful execution from concept through to launch and ongoing operational support.
Working cross-functionally with clinical, operational, commercial, academy, field, and support centre teams, the role focuses on enhancing the clinician and patient experience, improving operational processes, and delivering initiatives that support clear aligner adoption and business growth. The position also acts as a key liaison with external aligner partners, managing relationships and collaborating on product development, support programmes, and service enhancements.
The role plays a critical part in ensuring clinicians and practice teams have the tools, training, communications, and operational support required to successfully deliver clear aligner treatments and achieve growth targets across the network.
Skills and Experience
Education
- Degree level or equivalent experience
Experience
- Experience managing products, services or programmes within healthcare, dental, retail, or a regulated environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering cross-functional projects from concept through to implementation.
- Experience working with external suppliers, vendors or strategic partners.
- Experience supporting product launches, service enhancements and change initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage operational processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience developing communications, training materials or support frameworks for frontline teams.
- Commercial awareness with experience balancing customer, operational and business objectives.
- Experience working with clinicians or healthcare professionals would be advantageous.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Product management experience, including product lifecycle management.
