Job Description

Your future, as a Product Manager - Clear Aligners at mydentist

You’ll be joining our Private and Specialist Division within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Your future, your role

As a Product Manager - Clear Aligners, you will:

  • Project managing the delivery of new products and initiatives in the clear aligner portfolio
  • Cross-functional working with support centre teams to manage and improve clear aligner operational processes.
  • Working with clear aligner partners to plan and deliver new product launches; improve support and operational processes.
  • Managing the communication of updates and new product/initiative launches
  • Managing the partner relationships and product management of clear aligner support tools, such as ClearForward and DentalMonitoring.
  • Working closely with the clinical team, mydentist Academy to create and maintain a framework of support and education for clear aligners and clear aligner growth.
  • Supporting field and practice teams with operational issues and queries.

Skills and Experience we're looking for

  • Commercial awareness with experience balancing customer, operational and business objectives.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering cross-functional projects from concept through to implementation.
  • Experience working with external suppliers, vendors or strategic partners.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across clinical, operational, commercial and external partner groups.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Process improvement and problem-solving capability, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering margin and revenue growth
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Adaptable and resilient, comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Highly organised with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Enjoy being part of a team that’s passionate about supporting our practices and ultimately helping the nation smile.
