About The Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of BT Business's Cloud Calling, Contact Centre and Meetings portfolio, with an initial focus on RingCX, our AI-powered omnichannel contact centre solution delivered in partnership with RingCentral. You may also be asked to support, or be assigned, to other voice and collaboration solutions within the wider portfolio.

You'll own product strategy, roadmap development and in-life performance, ensuring our products meet customer needs, deliver commercial growth and remain operationally effective. Working across BT and partner teams, you'll bring together customer insight, market trends and business priorities to drive product innovation, support go-to-market activity and improve customer experience.

This is a highly visible role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on product management. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Service, Delivery, Operations and Technology to translate complex requirements into successful product outcomes that deliver value for customers and BT Business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management of products within the Cloud Calling, Contact Centre and Meetings portfolio, ensuring they deliver against customer, commercial and business objectives.
  • Shape and prioritise product investments using customer feedback, market insight, operational performance data and sales requirements to drive adoption, revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the delivery of new capabilities and enhancements, working closely with internal teams and strategic partners to ensure solutions are commercially viable, operationally effective and successfully launched.
  • Build strong relationships across BT and partner organisations, influencing roadmap direction, managing dependencies and ensuring effective governance, risk management and delivery oversight.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and proposition teams to develop compelling go-to-market strategies, strengthen sales enablement and maximise commercial performance.
  • Monitor product performance, customer experience and operational outcomes, using data and insight to identify opportunities for optimisation, service improvements and portfolio growth.
  • Support strategic customer opportunities and senior stakeholder engagement, providing clear product leadership, prioritisation and decision making across a complex matrix environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
