Are you a seasoned Product Leader with a passion for coaching, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving product excellence at scale?
We're looking for an experienced Product Management Coach to help shape and elevate product management maturity across a large-scale transformation programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with senior leadership teams, Product Managers, Product Owners, and business agility specialists to embed modern product practices and customer-centric ways of working.
π What You'll Be Doing
As a Product Management Coach, you'll act as a trusted advisor and mentor, helping teams and leaders strengthen their product capabilities and drive better customer and business outcomes.
You'll be responsible for:
- Coaching Product Leaders, Product Managers, and Product Owners on:
- Product discovery
- Product strategy
- Prioritisation
- Outcome-based planning
- Value-driven decision making
- Embedding best-in-class product management practices across teams
- Supporting leaders to improve:
- Product operating models
- Product ways of working
- Role clarity and accountability
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Championing customer-centric thinking and evidence-based decision-making
- Influencing senior stakeholders, including Heads of Product, Business Agility Leaders, and Executive-level stakeholders
- Identifying product maturity gaps and implementing practical improvements
- Helping organisations balance:
- Product maturity
- Agile maturity
- Delivery excellence
- Driving adoption of modern product-led methods within a regulated enterprise environment

π― What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with professionals who have:
- Extensive Product Management or Product Leadership experience
- Proven experience coaching Product Managers, Product Owners, Heads of Product, and C-suite leaders
- Strong expertise across:
- Product Discovery
- Product Strategy
- Customer Research & Insight
- Road mapping
- Prioritisation Frameworks
- Outcome Measurement
- Value Realisation
- Experience building and scaling product practices in enterprise organisations
- Strong understanding of Agile, Product Operating Models, and Product-Led Delivery
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving behavioural change
- Ability to operate successfully within regulated environments
- A passion for developing high-performing product organisations and improving customer outcomes
