At YETI, we believe that time spent outdoors matters more than ever and our gear can make that time extraordinary. When you work here, you’ll have the opportunity to create exceptional, meaningful work and problem solve with innovative team members by your side. Together, you’ll help our customers get the high-quality gear they need to make the most of their adventures. We are BUILT FOR THE WILD™.

About the Role

The Product Manager, Commerce Platforms & Integrations is responsible for identifying, defining, prioritising and delivering new capabilities across YETI Europe's digital commerce ecosystem.

Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, the role leads discovery, business analysis, solution design, platform evaluation and implementation planning for new customer and operational capabilities.

The role requires strong Shopify platform expertise and a deep understanding of ecommerce applications, integrations and digital commerce technologies. The Product Manager is responsible for ensuring solutions are commercially valuable, technically feasible and implemented successfully.

The primary focus of the role is net-new capabilities, optimisation initiatives and platform evolution rather than day-to-day operational support.

What You'll Do

Product Discovery & Business Analysis

  • Gather, document and refine business requirements from Ecommerce, Operations, Customer Experience, Marketing and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct discovery workshops, process mapping and gap analysis activities.
  • Translate business needs into clearly defined requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
  • Evaluate opportunities based on customer impact, commercial value and operational benefit.
  • Develop business cases and recommendations for investment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
