Product Manager – Complex Electronic Products

Cambridge | Up to £90,000 | Hybrid Working (3 Days On Site)

Are you passionate about bringing innovative technology products to market? We're working with a cutting-edge technology business looking for an experienced Product Manager to help shape the future of advanced electronic and software-based products.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing engineering team where you'll work closely with software, electronics, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to define product strategy, influence development, and ensure products meet both customer and market needs.

The Role

As Product Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the product roadmap, working alongside engineering teams to deliver innovative technology solutions from concept through to launch. You'll act as the bridge between technical and commercial teams, ensuring products solve real customer challenges while supporting the long-term growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver product roadmaps for innovative technology products.
  • Work closely with software and electronics engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions.
  • Gather customer and market insight to shape future product strategy.
  • Support product launches with technical documentation, presentations, and marketing material.
  • Collaborate with engineering, commercial, and leadership teams to deliver successful products.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous Product Management experience within a technology-led business.
  • A strong understanding of electronic hardware and software development.
  • Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • An engineering background or degree in Electronics, Software, Computer Science, or a related discipline would be advantageous.
