The Opportunity
As Product Manager - Connected Care, you will shape the strategy, evolution and execution of Cochlear's Connected Care portfolio across the UK. Your work will help clinics operate efficiently, build capacity and deliver a modern recipient experience.
You will act as the local champion and subject matter expert for a portfolio of software products and managed services, translating customer, partner and commercial needs into effective product, service and go-to-market plans.
Working across local, EMEA and Global teams, you will lead product introductions, support sustainable adoption and help drive portfolio growth across the UK and Ireland.
This position is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover.
What you will do:
- Develop local business and brand plans for the Connected Care portfolio, aligned with country and EMEA priorities and informed by customer, partner and market insights
- Lead the introduction and lifecycle management of new products and services across the UK and Ireland, including pilots, controlled market releases and ongoing portfolio updates
- Develop go-to-market strategies covering pricing, positioning, messaging and launch plans in collaboration with local and EMEA teams
- Provide local market input into early-stage development and build evidence-based business cases for new service technologies and portfolio opportunities
- Act as the local subject matter expert for Connected Care solutions, providing product knowledge, training and current communication materials to internal and external stakeholders
- Generate market and competitor insight to strengthen digital product positioning, customer communications and objection handling
- Partner with Customer Experience, Implementation and Sales teams to improve clinic pathways, support sustainable adoption, customer visits and tender submissions
- Set and monitor performance measures that support adoption, clinic capacity and growth, while managing projects, budgets and stakeholders across a global matrix organisation
- Spend approximately 70% of your time supporting in-country activities and 30% supporting EMEA priorities.

About You:
- You combine strong commercial awareness with a clear understanding of customer needs and can assess investment opportunities to maximise outcomes
- You are a confident Product Manager who can translate strategy into practical plans and successful delivery
- You build strong relationships across functions and are comfortable influencing stakeholders in local, regional and global teams
- You can manage multiple projects, priorities and product groups while maintaining attention to quality, timelines and budget
- You communicate complex information clearly and are confident delivering presentations, training and product guidance
- You bring a creative, proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the agility to respond to changing market needs
Required Skills & Experience:
- Approximately 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally within medical devices
- Proven Product Management experience within a global matrix organisation
- Experience developing processes and supporting change management
- Strong commercial, analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and ERP systems is desirable
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Life Sciences or a related field
- Fluent English

Desired Skills:
- Knowledge or experience of audiology, hearing implants or the wider hearing care environment
- Experience within healthcare and an understanding of issues associated with hearing loss
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS), connected health, digital health products or managed services
- Experience supporting regulatory or reimbursement considerations relevant to a healthcare product portfolio
