Job Title

The Core Ads Quality team helps to ensure that the ads people see on our platforms are of high quality and that their experiences are positive. With billions of consumers and millions of businesses using our platforms to connect, making sure that each and every connection is of high quality requires complex machine learning to operate at a huge scale. We are looking for an experienced product leader who is equally comfortable diving into model calibration as they are managing cross-org projects with stakeholders and tight timelines. This role will support deeply technical teams, defining goals and driving execution across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading and driving a complex product area; defining success, prioritizing problems and identifying the best strategies, considering wider organizational and company context. Adapt and adjust your strategies to reflect learnings and changes in context
  • Use your industry and customer understanding to identify new areas for investment and align across departments and functions to bring your ideas to production
  • Independently identify and drive consensus for how to prioritize and realize the most significant opportunities in your product area. Identify when to stop as well as when to start investment
  • Understand the technical space (AI & ranking), and partner with the technical lead to develop solutions that solve fundamental problems at scale
  • Gather and analyze internal data, user research and market analysis to inform product decisions and influence the wider product organization
  • Navigate highly ambiguous, complex situations with grace, and build trust with our partner teams
  • Communicate product strategy and progress with radical clarity to all stakeholders
  • Support the growth of other PMs and cross-functional team members by providing mentorship and coaching

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
