At Rockstar Games, we create world-class entertainment experiences. Become part of a team working on some of the most rewarding, large-scale creative projects to be found in any entertainment medium - all within an inclusive, highly-motivated environment where you can learn and collaborate with some of the most talented people in the industry.

Rockstar Games is seeking a Product Manager to drive forward key workstreams surrounding Creator Tooling, for our Creator Platform ecosystem and related products. This role focuses on advancing platform capabilities, increasing player engagement, and supporting creator success through practical creator tools, live service iteration, and operational excellence. This is a full-time, permanent and in-office position based in Rockstar’s unique game development studio in the heart of London.

WHAT WE DO

The Rockstar Games Creator Platform Team builds and operates technology platforms that enable creators to develop their own game modes, experiences, and modifications, and players to experience community-created content on fully customized servers.

We use data, experimentation, and live service operations to continuously improve creator and player outcomes across our ecosystem. We work at the intersection of games, creator ecosystems, platform infrastructure, community, and innovation. We create technology, tools, and solutions to enhance the creator experience and empower our community to create and share any experience imaginable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop detailed business and product requirements that guide design and technical specifications, driving features end-to-end from discovery and competitive analysis through documentation and delivery.
  • Partner with other PMs and Data Analytics to establish the KPI frameworks that measure platform health, creator success, and player engagement.
  • Drive the end-to-end product process for platform features and technology, including discovery, competitive analysis, documentation, and delivery.
  • Continuously iterate on our live service platforms by identifying growth opportunities and friction points across the creator lifecycle from onboarding and publishing to retention, discovery, and monetization and acting on them.
  • Translate quantitative and qualitative signals including analytics, creator feedback, and player behavior into clear product decisions, prioritized roadmaps, and actionable hypotheses.
  • Actively contribute to the development of your product roadmap, clearly articulating your recommendations and gaining stakeholder consensus.
  • Utilize both quantitative and qualitative data to analyze the impact of product changes and iterate to improve key metrics.
  • Collaborate effectively with UX/UI Design, translating ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly prototypes that can be developed into final features.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
