Do you want to shape how the world’s largest dedicated fund manager within greenfield renewable energy uses AI to deploy capital?
If so, CIP Fund Solutions (CIP FS) is looking for a Product Manager to join our Digital & AI team in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Team
As Product Manager, you will join the Digital & AI team in CIP Fund Solutions, reporting to the Investment Lifecycle Lead. You will be part of a new delivery unit, developing and rolling out digital and AI solutions that will bring efficiency to CIP’s investment teams.
Role
Behind every investment decision at CIP sit data rooms, contracts, financial models and investment committee materials. As Product Manager, you will find where AI saves the investment teams the most time or improves their decisions and turn that into products they use every day. You will own the AI product roadmap for the investment lifecycle, from identifying use cases through delivery, adoption and measured impact.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:
- Embed with investment teams to map workflows and quantify where AI adds value.
- Own and prioritize the AI product roadmap for the investment lifecycle.
- Turn business problems into requirements, success metrics and acceptance criteria for engineering.
- Prototype and demo concepts with users before committing engineering capacity.
- Drive adoption and report impact in time saved, cycle time and usage.
- Assess external AI vendors against internal build options, and make sure solutions meet CIP’s security, data protection and responsible AI requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
