We support people wherever and however they want to learn, so they can achieve their learning goals and uncover new possibilities.

Today, we reach more learners than ever, in more ways than ever.

And we’re just getting started.

About the Role

We are looking for an innovative and customer-focused Product Manager to help shape and deliver market-leading educational resources for International Education markets. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience developing print and digital resources for teachers and learners at Primary and Secondary stages in international schools. Combining market insight, curriculum knowledge and a deep understanding of customer and stakeholder needs, you will contribute to the development of engaging learning solutions that support teachers and learners around the world. You'll play an important role in identifying emerging trends, informing product strategy and helping to deliver sustainable growth across our portfolio.

Working collaboratively with editorial, sales, marketing and digital teams, you will manage products throughout their lifecycle, from initial research and concept development through to launch, evaluation and ongoing enhancement. You'll work closely with authors, subject matter experts and external partners to create high-quality, accessible and commercially-successful resources that meet the needs of diverse international school communities. Experience adapting and developing content for different curricula, territories and learning contexts will be highly valued, as will an ability to balance educational impact with commercial objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
