The Opportunity
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Product Manager to help shape and deliver innovative enterprise products for one of our strategic global enterprise clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing, international business where product innovation sits at the heart of what we do.
Working closely with Engineering, Design, Commercial and Delivery teams, you'll lead products from discovery through to launch and continuous improvement. You'll play a key role in understanding customer needs, defining product strategy and delivering solutions that create value for clients, customers and the business.
You'll have the freedom to influence product direction, work with global stakeholders and help build scalable solutions that support Dragonpass' continued growth.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a commercially minded Product Manager who combines customer focus with strong delivery skills. You enjoy solving complex problems, influencing stakeholders and turning ideas into products that make a measurable impact.

You'll bring:
- Experience managing digital products across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and definition through to launch and optimisation.
- The ability to translate customer, client and business needs into clear product objectives and outcomes.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design and Commercial functions.
- Confidence managing stakeholders and building trusted relationships across a range of audiences.
- Excellent prioritisation and decision-making skills, balancing customer experience, business goals and technical requirements.
- Experience using data, customer insight and market trends to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and influence others.
- A curious, proactive mindset and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience within Travel, Loyalty & Rewards, FinTech, Payments, Digital Commerce, Consumer Platforms, Membership, Lifestyle Benefits or B2B SaaS environments. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience building products that sit at the intersection of customers, partners and digital ecosystems.
