Product Manager (12 month FTC)

Are you an experienced Product Manager with a good knowledge of cyber security products combined with leadership experience?
You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on Product Manager role at a fast-growing, global Insurance Underwriting technology provider that focusses on developing a complex SaaS calculation platform for rapidly growing Cyber Security insurance markets.
About the Role
As a Product Manager you'll collaborate closely with Engineering, Cyber Threat, business stakeholders, and senior leadership, you'll translate strategic objectives into clear product direction while leading and supporting Product Owners to deliver meaningful outcomes.
- Drive continuous discovery to understand user needs, market trends, and emerging opportunities
- Use these insights to shape product strategy and maintain clear roadmaps, KPIs, and delivery plans
- Build alignment across technical and business stakeholders
- Communicate progress effectively
- Lead teams through change by creating clarity around the product vision and securing buy-in

Location / WFH
There's a hybrid work-from-home model with three days a week in the high-spec London, City office with a rooftop bar.
About You
- Experience as a Product Manager within the cyber sector
- Experience of leading/managing Product Owners
- Ability to build consensus across diverse stakeholders, including C-suite
- Advanced stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle
- Ability to create high-quality user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria for complex systems
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while remaining organised and outcome focused
- Collaborative and pragmatic with great communication skills
