We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join our Domains Product team in Cardiff.
You will be expected to attend the office 50% of the working week, in line with our hybrid working policy.

JOB PROFILE
As a Product Manager within our Domains Product team, you will focus on combining Creditsafe’s curated business information and customer intelligence into products that deliver clear, actionable insights.
You will play a key role in transforming complex data into meaningful outputs embedded within workflows, reports, and intelligent features across our customer-facing products. Working closely with Product, Data, Engineering, and Commercial teams, you will shape how data is combined, analysed, and delivered to solve real customer problems at scale.

This is a pivotal role in supporting our shift from delivering data to creating intelligent, insight-led products.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and deliver insight-driven use cases that address real customer needs
- Translate business problems into structured insight outputs, reporting solutions, and product features
- Develop reports and features that combine Creditsafe and customer data into clear, actionable insights
- Apply AI where it adds value, including identifying patterns, generating insights, and enabling proactive delivery
- Develop agent-enabled capabilities so insights can be delivered through MCP channels and embedded within automated workflows
- Ensure outputs are structured, explainable, reusable, and actionable
- Create and manage PRDs, epics, features, and user stories
- Define data inputs, dependencies, transformation logic, and output formats (e.g. reports, dashboards, alerts, services)
- Ensure products prioritise insight over raw data and are intuitive for customers to understand and act on
- Work with stakeholders to define key customer questions, metrics, and desired outcomes
- Prioritise work based on customer value, business impact, and scalability
- Challenge requirements to maintain focus on meaningful insights rather than feature volume
- Collaborate closely with Product, Data & Analytics, Engineering, and AI/governance teams
- Maintain alignment on product vision, data readiness, and delivery timelines

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to translate business problems into clear, structured product requirements
- Experience building or working with data-driven products, reporting, or analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of how to turn data into actionable insights
- Proven prioritisation skills with a focus on customer and commercial outcomes
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with AI, machine learning, automated analytics, or agent-based/API architectures
- Exposure to credit, financial, or risk data, including compliance considerations
- Familiarity with BI tools or modern data platforms
