Job Description
Are you looking to join Renault Group UK as our Product Manager (Dacia Range)? In this role, you will define and manage the Dacia product range in line with agreed customer targets, volume objectives, and profitability goals.
Department: Dacia
Location: Hybrid – Maple Cross
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
What will you be doing?
We are looking for someone to manage product introduction and lifecycle actions, this involves collaborating with the HQ team as well as steering both internal and external UK stakeholders.
A key part of the role is to manage competitiveness throughout the product lifecycle, including range rationalisation and collaborating with the Market Planning team on quarterly campaigns.
The job holder will ensure profitability for the business and help achieve key product metrics, such as residual value enhancement.
A core responsibility will be to set up vehicle pricing and evaluate competitive position, this involves regularly tracking market and competitor activity in order to maximise performance. Furthermore, you will ensure accuracy of product information and timely communication of this data with both internal and external stakeholders.
Success will be measured via profitability, residual value, order take, sales and market share.

The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving, influencing and strategic-thinking skills. Resilience and customer-focus are critical, as well as product management and UK automotive experience.
