Product Manager, Data Activation
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager, Data Activation based in United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the strategy and execution of a critical data activation product within the advertising and marketing technology ecosystem. You will work closely with executive leadership to define the roadmap while owning delivery from concept through launch and optimization. The role focuses on connecting proprietary consumer intelligence to major platforms used for audience activation and media buying. You will help build scalable partner integrations, improve activation operations, and influence API and integration architecture. Working across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering, you will balance strategic priorities with complex technical and business requirements. This is an ideal opportunity for a product leader who combines AdTech expertise, strategic thinking, and strong execution.
Accountabilities
- Partner with executive leadership to define, refine, prioritize, and execute the Data Activation product strategy and roadmap.
- Translate strategic objectives into business cases, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable Jira artifacts.
- Build and own a scalable partner integration platform supporting DSPs, SSPs, identity providers, data platforms, CTV platforms, Retail Media Networks, and other activation endpoints.
- Define integration architecture, data flows, partner onboarding frameworks, and repeatable implementation processes.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product leadership on API strategy and next-generation integration architecture.
- Own activation product operations, including taxonomy governance, audience segment quality assurance, partner certification workflows, and operational processes.
- Establish product success metrics, evaluate launch performance, and incorporate insights into future roadmap decisions.
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions Engineering to support customer growth, adoption, and successful product implementations.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and manage incoming product requests while balancing customer needs, strategic priorities, technical considerations, and business objectives.
- Drive scalable product frameworks and processes that improve operational efficiency and create lasting business value.

Requirements
- Significant Product Management experience in digital advertising, AdTech, marketing technology, streaming, or a closely related environment.
- Proven experience managing partner integrations involving DSPs, SSPs, identity providers, data collaboration platforms, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of identity resolution concepts, including HHID, UID2, MAID, HEM, identity graphs, and related activation workflows.
- Hands-on familiarity with platforms and ecosystems such as The Trade Desk, LiveRamp, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP, Google DV360, Meta, and clean room technologies.
- Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising, audience activation, taxonomy management, and measurement.
- Ability to participate effectively in API design discussions and integration architecture decisions.
- Strong expertise in writing product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing Jira backlogs.
- Excellent written communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with CTV, Retail Media Networks, or Walled Garden activation is preferred.
- Familiarity with clean room environments and data collaboration platforms is an advantage.
- Experience developing scalable and repeatable product frameworks.
- Experience using AI tools to analyze data and support product decisions is a plus.
- SQL or scripting experience is an advantage.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
